Lake Charlevoix Residence: Residential

Project Objective: Utilizing AutoCAD, design a lake house for up to two occupants​ and develop various construction documents.

Concept: To be located on Lake Charlevoix in northern Michigan, this lake house will exterior will feature rustic elements with stone and wood accents, solar panels for energy conservation, and a large patio overlooking the lake. The interior will feature an open concept floor plan with a stone fireplace, a master suite, and a guest bedroom and bathroom. The construction documents display the site plan, exterior elevation, an interior section, floor plan, furniture plan,  door schedule, and detailed drawings of some of the interior furniture pieces and built ins.
