Hello,
Welcome to my digital portfolio! My name is Brooklyn Nurenberg and I am currently a senior at Michigan State University studying interior design, a CIDA accredited program.
I have been intrigued by interior design and architecture for as long as I can remember, so I am overjoyed to be transitioning my dreams to a reality. Design is a way of expression, a manifestation of creativity, and the integration of practicality and beauty. The composition of a space impacts users physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I desire to nurture positivity in my work through all three avenues. Likewise, I aim to develop spaces that foster a healthy environment for the users and the planet. I have begun my journey to achieve these goals by educating myself on sustainable practices and planning to obtain my LEED Green Associate Certificate.
My design strategy is intentional, user-centered, and universal with a form follows function approach. I love to inspire others and to be inspired. I am constantly immersing myself in creative opportunities that push me to grow personally and professionally.
Feel free to take a look at some of my work!
