Boise, Idaho Condo: Residential

Project Objective: The condo will be located in the vibrant, growing city of Boise, Idaho. The clients are a couple who are mid career and enjoy entertaining. The couple is environmentally conscious, enjoy the outdoors, and have purchased this condo because of its close proximity to various amenities such as restaurants and shops. One of the clients works from home full time.

Concept: This charming 1,200 square foot condo located in Idaho’s capital city, Boise, features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Custom wainscoting envelopes the interior walls and the use of mid-century modern furniture pieces combine to give the space a classic look.  A large fireplace and plenty of living room seating creates the ideal gathering space, especially as you overlook the Boise Mountains!
